The Managing for Profit Scholarship is offered to the employees of financial HVAC Contractors Association members to undertake an industry supported study unit - Managing for Profit - A Course in Project Management (Engineering & Mechanical Services) in Australia. AMCA (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors' Association - www.amca.com.au) conducts this 13 week off campus industry supported study unit which includes two residential workshops of one week's duration in July and October.
The Block course Recognition Award is an initiative by the
HVAC Contractors Association to promote education excellence by
apprentices enrolled on the National Certificate in Heating,
Ventilation and Air Conditioning (Level 4). The monetary award
is awarded to the top student of each block course. Criteria
for the award is attitude, aptitude, attendance &
appearance.
