Annual General Meeting will be held to consider the
following:
1. To receive the Presidents report.
2. To receive a statement of income and expenditure and a
balance sheet for the preceding year for the institute and its
associated bodies.
3. To appoint an auditor for the ensuing year.
4. To confirm the election of officers.
5. To consider any remits presented to HVAC Contractors
Association.
6. Receive and confirm the 2010 budget.
Remits to the Annual meeting are hereby called for and must be submitted to HVAC Contractors Association Office by mail or fax to be received no later than 5pm Friday 9th April 2010.
